If you are any sort of Gadget/Games phreek you NEED one of these machines! :shock:

I got hold of one t'other day with Wipeout Pure, Ridge Racer, Everybody's Golf, Lumines and Mercury. They are ALL essential games and I would recommend any one of them. (Also got THUG2 Remix but took it back as the control system was rubbish compared to PS2 version! :? )

Not only is it a great games machine, get hold of a 512MB or even better a 1GB Memory Stick PRO Duo and you can use it to play Movies ripped off your DVDs!

Memory Sticks are cheapest here - www.onlinememory.co.uk

Rip the movies from your DVD collection using "DVD Shrink" then convert them to MP4 format using "3GP Converter" check them using the "Quicktime Movie Player" and copy them to the PSP hey presto no need to work at work any more! :D

And it's a handy MP3 and photo viewing machine too. (No norty Pics mind! :wink: )

ya i wanted one of those a while back but i didnt feel like saving as they are around $299.99 soo.... and i did think something about ripping roms but dvds is good :D

a friend of mine bought one the other day for 2600SEK = £190 = 280Euro (hey, I'm a real goldmine of worthless information)

only tried a game on it tho (Ridge Racer) and I found the psp to be quite entertaining and comfortable to game on. only downthing could be the low battery time, 6h, but then if I'm on a trip that takes more than 6 hours I'm prolly asleep anyway. I won't buy one tho atm - I'll rather wait for the Sony Playstation 3...

i would buy one but theyre $299.99 or maybe 250 at the least but i cant really get one un less i save my allouance for...... 3.... divide the 2 carrry the one.... (lol) about a year

I really love the PSP but it's very expensive(€250.00)! For €200 you can buya Ps2, GT4 and 2 controllers :)

:o oh no no no these psp's have way more features.... including... they're portable XD ... and they can have mp3's on em and you can watch movies and.... oh i- ahh i c where u get the ps2 from.... meh..... well... theyre better than a ps2 cuz theyre portable and they suck cuz they run on batteries

I have decided that if I get my promotion and/or payrise for the MCSE I'm gonna get me a PSP. I don't know why I want one but the geek in me keeps telling me to buy it. I have a PS and a PS2, neither of which I have touched in months yet I want the PSP ..... what's come over me?

I'm blaming that Jenx one .... I think when I met him recently he was sending me subliminal messages such as 'by the PSP' and 'unlock my work PC so I can play the [FuN]servers'.

Got mine 1st of sept.....its dah bomb.Everybodys golf,Thug2 and NFSU rivals also had to be purchsed along with a 512mb card.I cant believe they packed so much into the psp,truely amazing.Also great as a portable pr0n library :wink: :wink:
