This story is pertinent in view of the recent Crufts Dog Show 2007.
A lady purchased one of those exotic South American Chiwawa dogs.
After a while she became concerned that her dog was not responding to verbal instructions, so she took it to the Vet.
Upon examination, the Vet declared that the poor animal just could not hear because of the excessive growth of hair in its ears. So she removed all the hair with scissors and subsequently the dog responded normally.
The Vet then advised the lady that to prevent a reoccurrence she should purchase a depilation cream from a pharmacy and apply the cream to the inner ears as required.
So the lady went to her pharmacy, found the cream and presented herself to the checkout girl, who at that time was not particularly busy.
The checkout girl said, “ I use this cream and it is very effective. Tell me are you going to use it on your armpits?”
“No”, said the lady.
“If you were I was going to advise you not to wear tight clothing for a few days. So are you going to use the cream on your legs?”
“No”, said the lady.
“If you were, I was going to advise you not to wear stockings for a few days. So may I ask where you are going to use the cream?”
“I am going to use it on my Chiwawa”, said the lady.
“Well in that case I would advise you not to ride a bicycle for a few days!”
